Belvedere sits between North Augusta and the Horse Creek Valley, built out largely through the 1960s and 1970s as the area grew. It is consistent in a way the older villages are not: ranch and split-level houses on regular lots, laid out street by street within a few years of each other.
That consistency gives us the cleanest cohort pattern in the county. Whole streets went up with the same builder hardware, the same door sizes and the same single or narrow two-car openings — so the springs, the rollers and the openers reach the end of their lives together.
